Conference Room Booking

Coupled with our face detection software (Milan Array), only the invitees will be permitted inside the conference room at that specific time period.

The attendees will get access to control devices inside the meeting room. Devices like lights, shades, projectors can be controlled via MyMilan app. For uninterrupted meeting sessions, attendees can also order food and beverages through their mobile app. The kitchen will be notified instantly and the order can be processed and delivered. 

Visitor Management

Digital check-in for visitors, eliminating the hectic front office chores and heavy ledgers. Expected office visitors will receive a digital key to gain access to the office space with having to report to the security personnel enabling a professional first-hand impression. In case of a cold visitor the security personnel can receive the visitor and store information like photos, phone number and person to meet. The visitors’ phone number will be validated via OTP and the person to meet will be notified instantly. Integrated with our conference room booking tool, the POC can book a meeting space and discuss matters. 

Access Controls

User access customization is vital in organizations. Access availability can depend on various parameters like designation, time, department and much more. Using our integrated digital platform, all parameters can be incorporated in our access control systems. We have developed an in-house face detection software (Milan Array) and have also integrated third-party products like Suprema, ANVIZ and ESSL into our access control network.

Scenario: An Employee enters an office building

The user’s first communication will be with the access control device, this can be configured as login time in Milan Human Resource Management System. His cabin lights are turned ON and air conditioners are set to an optimal temperature. He is reminded of the meetings that are scheduled for the day. A task completion report is delivered with all task statuses. An email reminder of team members who are absent for the day.  And this is just 10% of digital transformation that can be provided by the platform.
